West Edmonton Mall offers a vast amount of activities you can do while you wait for your vehicle. Notable stand outs include Galaxyland, World Water Park, Professor WEM’s mini golf, and so much more.
Once you’ve pulled into the drive through our staff will assist you with your vehicle drop off. We will do a walk around your vehicle and note any damage. You’ll then be directed to our service advisors to drop off your keys.
Now that you’ve dropped off your keys all there is left to do is explore West Edmonton Mall! No need to worry about checking in on your vehicle anymore. Your service advisor will call you once your vehicle is finished and ready for you to pick up. When you are ready you can make your way back to the service desk and your vehicle will be warm and ready in the drive through for you to pick up.
